Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make an appointment to come workout?
No appointments necessary. Non-members can purchase a day pass prior to their vist on the home page of our website or in person upon check in. Members can stop by at anytime during our hours of operation.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests are more than welcome, any day and any time. Guests are required to bring a local valid ID upon their visit to sign off on our liability waiver. Passes can be pre-purchased or pre-arranged. Our day fee is $20.

How do I cancel?
Although we are terribly sad to see you go, we make canceling your membership as easy as possible (unlike our competitors). If you can make it in the club, we'd love to see you one more time for a final goodbye and we'd be happy to guide you through the cancelation Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm or Saturdays from 8am-2pm. If you can't make it in, log-on to your member portal online to process your cancelation, visit: www.myiclubonline.com.
Your agreement should be out of term and in good standing in order to cancel, please provide a 14 day notice.

Can I freeze my membership?
To freeze your Speakeasy Fitness membership, please process in club at any location. Your account must be in good standing and out of term in order to freeze, maximum 2 months at a time.

For members paying monthly memberships, is there anything else I should know?
Checking account is the preferred method of payment, memberships set up with a credit/debit card as the reoccurring payment option will be billed a $4.99 monthly fee. This fee can be waived by providing a checking account as the primary payment method.

For members on a 12 month term membership, is there anything else I should know?
During your contract period, you have a promotional rate. Your membership will auto-renew on a month to month basis after the contract period, your rate will increase to $29.99 monthly (or higher for specific locations). After your agreement period, you are eligible to cancel. Please see the terms of your agreement regarding price increases.

Classpass policy
You can book gym sessions and classes through Classpass. All classpass users are required to have a pre-booked session and sign liability waiver in club. Late Cancelation fee $20 if user books a session and cancels with a 12 hour window. No show fee $30 if user books a session and does not show up.
